Toazted had the chance to talk to Aston Harvey from The Freestylers. He explained a lot about how their new album was made. Of course Toazted never cuts out the embarrassing parts. Watch what happened. Recorded in October 2006.

We did an interview with Aston Harvey about Freestylers' latest cd, "Raw as F**k". Of course we asked him about the cd's title and of course we asked him about their big hit "Push Up". But what we find worthy of the quote is Aston's comment on the British Hip Hop scene:

"It's getting better because now a lot of guys are rapping with their English accents which sounds better than UK guys rapping with US accents. They're getting more of their own identity, which is really important."
