The new album "Paradise" of the Stereo MC's is a great record. Rob Birch and Nick Hallam spoke to Toazted in a hotel in Amsterdam, July 2005. Rob and Nick tell in this interview about the recording process and about their day planning.

Rob: "I get up very early. Bring the kids to school, have a swim and go to the studio. The album cover is actually the road to our studio. In there I put on the machines and start writing."
