We didn't hear much from Liz in the last 5 years but she just made an exploring new record. We did an interview with her about putting such personal thoughts and feelings on her latest CD.

"I have this trust that that's what I'm supposed to do. That there is some kind of importance in being an artist and it's not just to show off in front of people or to be a pop star. I really feel that there is a responsibility as a singer/songwriter to expose yourself because it helps other people."
