The Thrills are a busy band. Between touring all around the world, recording their new Cd in L.A. and mixing it in New York, we don't how they found the time to come play for us at the Pink Pop Festival but we are thrilled that they did. They couldn't tell us too much about the new album but they did tell us what they thought of fellow Pink Pop players, The Pixies:

"You hear stories about bands that make a comeback that are a shell of what they used to be but with The Pixies it was cool and I was impressed!"

Recorded on September 24, 2003 after their gig at De Melkweg in Amsterdam. Daniel Ryan (guitarist) and Kevin Horan (keyboardist) tell Toazted a few entertaining stories about their humble beginnings.

"We used to do a lot of buskin on the streets with the harmonica. It was an easy way to make money, the five of us playing harmonica."
