It may be four years ago that Toazted spoke with Huey, he certainly didn’t forget us! This time, Brian Leiser is also there to be interviewed. Fun Lovin’ Criminals spoke with us about their new album “Classic Fantastic”, how it is to be continuously travling around the world, how much they like New York, the song “Rewind”, how they think about Mötley Crüe, and much more!

We spoke to Fun Lovin' Criminals singer Huey on the Dutch Lowlands festival 2006. Backstage at the big Alpha tent Huey spoke to us about the tour, new songs and how strong the band is nowadays. We did an interview with Huey from the Fun Lovin' Criminals while he was ironing his Dolce and Gabbana suit for their show that night. He believes a man has got to look sharp on stage! He gave us a little lesson on style and in his opinion you either have it, or you don't:

"It's like having a nice butt. You're either born with a nice butt, or you're not born with it. And if you're not, you can get a stair master and get a nice butt. But then you've man made it. The Fun Lovin' Criminals were born with nice butts."

In this interview Fast reveals his dream to be in advertising and Huey talks about the good old days in New York when you could buy your herbs from the local beauty shop. But the best part of this interview is hearing the classic story of Quentin Tarrantino and the Scooby Snacks sample:

"It gets into a bad vibe thing, cause we sampled Quentin Tarantino and he kinda took advantage of us. He made us give him 40% of the song and he made us write on the album that we wrote the song with him and we didn't write it with him... We're looking to kick his ass!"
