We had an interview with Newton Faulkner in his hotel room in Amsterdam, he told us how his album became a big hit in the UK and what he thinks the reasons for that are. He talks about the special way he plays his guitar, he shows us how he does that. He also explains how he learned to play it like that.

The second part of the interview with Newton Faulkner is about the funny and light lyrics he writes, because he isn't very serious in those. The tells that he is inspired in that by the band The Presidents of the United States of America. Newton also tells why he doesn't want to use a loop instrument like a lot of his colleagues do.

In the last part of the interview Newton Faulkner explains how he started doing the SpongeBob theme in his gigs and now he sometimes does the Baywatch theme as well. He talks about his plans for the future and the American like acoustic sound that he seems to have. He also tells us how he writes his songs.
