Placebo formed in 1996. In june 2009 their new album Battle for the Sun was released. The album is the first to feature new drummer Steve Forrest.

Daniel Merriweather is an R&B singer/songwriter. After several succesful collaborations with artists such as Mark Ronson, he released his debut album, "Love and War", in June 2009. It entered the UK Albums Chart at number two.

It's going really well with Madcon! The single "Beggin" at number 1 in almost every country in Europe. Time to conquer Europe with their "live" performance. Before the concert of Madcon in Amsterdam we had a chat with the band.

The succes of the new album also came as a surprise for the band. The single "don't upset the rhythm" is a big hit on national radio. When the band was in Amsterdam for a new episode of the London Calling festival we were there to talk with the Noisettes about the latest successes.
